The service of evangelism is, according to Ephesians 4:11-16, to equip God’s people for the “work of service,” encouraging them to abandon spiritual infancy to become a “full grown man.”

EXPOUND THE SCRIPTURES

The substance of evangelistic ministry is the accurate presentation of the Word of God. The Bible is the infallible, inspired, and inerrant message from God to man.

EXPECT THE SUPERNATURAL

The signs that follow evangelism are the confirmation of God’s Word.

EVANGELIZE THE SINNER

The sense of urgency in evangelism is that man will go to a horrible, hopeless hell for eternity if he does not believe on Jesus Christ as his Savior. We do all we can to reach this world for Christ.

(1) The finest pastor training library, prepared in all the major world languages, will be available to help pastors everywhere; (2) There will be more than 400 CoChairs involved in 237 nations, territories and provinces worldwide.

Davis’ leadership includes overseeing the biannual Synergize! Pastors Conference, regional Synergize! Leadership Summits, plus the deployment of Best To The Rest Global Summits in all major world regions. In the last six years, more than 24,000 pastors have attended these conferences and summits.

Before launching the Second Billion Network, Dr. Davis served twelve years as the National Evangelists Representative for the Assemblies of GodWorld Headquarters where he provided leadership for some 1,500 evangelists and equipped thousands of students for full-time evangelism ministry. As A/G Representative, he also served on the A/G General Presbytery and as adjunct professor at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.

Dr. Davis is a well-respected preacher with gifted insight and a dynamic delivery. He is known for providing straightforward Biblical solutions to difficult, contemporary problems. For 25 years, he and his wife, Sheri, have served together in evangelism and training ministry. Through Cutting Edge International, Dr. Davis has traveled over 6,000,000 miles to more than 80 countries. While preaching overseas at tent meetings, open-air crusades, church revivals, conventions, and leadership conferences, he has led thousands of people to discover the value of Christcentered living. Dr. Davis is equally dedicated to a stateside ministry that places the Church at the cutting edge of a spiritual awakening in America. He has been a featured guest speaker both at pastor's conferences and evangelism conferences. Every year he ministers faceto- face to nearly 100,000 people.

Dr. Davis earned his Doctorate in Ministry at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He earned two master’s degrees at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and was awarded his bachelor’s degree in Bible by Central Bible College. As an author and editor, he has written numerous books, published hundreds of sermons and prepared many life-changing training series for the Church worldwide.

Dr. Davis resides in the Orlando area with his wife Sheri and daughters Olivia and Priscilla. They also have two children, Jennifer and James, who reside in heaven.
